Goal

It’s easy to forget what our goals are. Everyone tells us, it’s important to know what you are doing. It’s important to set goals for yourself. Many times we find it BS. Many times we don’t care. Few times we actually sit down and think - what are we going to do next? How are we going to move forward?

That is what a plan is about. A good plan actually. One that brings you not only a dream to proceed to the next step, but a step to foresee the consequences.

A plan better be known when to execute. And we need a timeline. A timeline usually involves many deadlines. The dealines tell you “you are dead” if you couldn’t make it. Make sense?

But then we always make up reasons to change our plan, delay our timeline. We say “oh it doesn’t work out that well we’ll change it to something better.” Is that something better, or worse? And the question we always ask is, will we reach our goal if we really follow our plan. i.e. do we trust our plan? Life is full of doubts, or surprises.

In such fury times, people/news/government keep saying we have to claim ourself down. We have to behave sensibly. We should think rationally. Yet the economy is going down. The dollar is going up and down. People get worried more and more. Banks don’t even trust each other. Can we still trust our plan - will it reach our goal?

When someone steps up and tells me: yes I do. I was shocked. But then it was a brave decision. There are few people who could act like that - reality tells us these people either end up being a hero, or a loser. Some like me prefer become neither a hero nor loser. Some think they need to keep their plan, take the chance, or risk, in order to reach their goals. I cheer for them.
